Find your way back to alignment

You've done your research.

You've stretched, strengthened, and tried every way you know to feel better in your body, and something still feels off.

Maybe you wake up and your body has to "try."

Maybe it's tension that never quite lets go.

That's where Rolfing® Structural Integration comes in.

Rolfing is a form of bodywork that works with your fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, bones, and organs.

When the body gets held in patterns shaped by stress, injury, or habit, movement can become limited and effortful. Rolfing works with these patterns to help your body reorganize and move with greater ease and less effort.

Many clients notice:

  • Relief from chronic aches and persistent tension

  • Easier movement in everyday things, like getting up from a chair or turning to look behind you

  • Better posture and body awareness

  • More energy, lightness, and a stronger sense of being at home in their bodies

If you're looking for meaningful change rather than another temporary fix, Rolfing may be your next step.

About Kenji

Certified Rolfer® and Founder of Syzygy Rolfing

Kenji values authentic relationships, serving those around him, and creating joy in life. After spending time in the health and fitness industry including physical therapy, chiropractic care, and athletic training/conditioning, he began to observe the specific strengths each field offered to wellness.

Seeking a modality that integrated body and mind, Kenji decided to train at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado and became a Certified Rolfing® Structural Integration manual therapist. Kenji believes in the power Rolfing brings to one’s life:

“Not only do you experience a physical change in your structure which may lead to pain relief or more ease in the body, but when your body learns a new way to carry itself- your sense of who you are changes and every possibility becomes open to you again.”

In his free time, Kenji is an avid volleyball player, enjoys hiking and camping as forms of meditation, and is a hobby board game enthusiast.
